The Sleep Inn & Suites was beautifully decorated and very accessible for seniors, featuring wide hallways and a welcoming atmosphere that felt safe and inviting. The staff were especially kind and accommodating during my stay.
Breakfast could use more variety for dietary needs.

The Sleep Inn offered an exceptionally clean and spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed that was perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff was remarkably friendly and efficient, quickly assisting with any inquiries I had during my stay. The location was convenient for my work needs, being close to essential amenities.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The food scene around Miles City boasts some quick bites like Taco John's and Mexico Lindo, where I indulged in some tantalizing tacos. The staff was super friendly, and my room was comfy—perfect for a restful night. Also, I appreciated the handy Keurig in my room, though I recommend grabbing better K-Cups at Walmart a short drive away.
The breakfast was a bit lackluster, with a couple of food shortages and thin comforters that left me feeling chilly. The dampness from cleaning kept the hallways buzzing with blower fans, a tad annoying during my stay.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a great time enjoying the decent breakfast and clean, spacious room. The kids loved the pool, which made it easy for us to relax while keeping them entertained. Overall, we appreciated the reasonable price for a quality stay.
My wife says that they could improve the staff's customer service.

The beds are super comfortable and clean. The checkout time was strictly enforced, which felt a bit excessive. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for four nights and really loved the comfy beds and the nice hot breakfast each morning. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the thin comforters, but overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay! 😊

We explored nearby attractions and enjoyed outdoor activities like bird watching at the park and swimming at the lake. The place is nice and quiet, and we found the rooms to be clean. Breakfast was decent but not a highlight.
The breakfast they offered was just okay. It was nothing spectacular and didn't really meet our expectations for a hotel stay.

Overall, my stay was pretty good. the breakfast featured tasty strawberry waffles and got refilled, and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch when I arrived. The shower worked great, but the curtains could be longer to prevent splashing all over the floor. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The decor of the room created a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience of having a Keurig in the room for coffee. The breakfast offered a variety of options, which was enjoyable despite a few shortages.
The comforters were thin and failed to keep me warm at night.

I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn overall, but there were a few hiccups. The room was spacious and appeared brand new. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The breakfast options were decent. I liked the eggs and bacon but wished for more variety. On the downside, the bathroom had a walk-in shower that felt a bit awkward due to its L shape. Additionally, my husband and I noticed the ice bucket lid was very dirty, which was concerning. The elevator had issues too, making loud noises and shaking, and it made us a bit anxious using it. The staff did well with our check-in. the man at the front gave us a warm welcome. However, I would have liked to see more attentiveness to cleanliness and maintenance. We would stay here again, hoping for improvements on these fronts.
